89 244. No headlights to taillight light up. 200

Flash to pass works, a good clue. Next clue is whether the any corner markers work in parking light switch position.

Suspect the headlight switch itself, as the flashers don't go through it.

There is a relay for headlights (at least in the 1986-1988 240s) but what it does is prevent the headlights from coming on with the ignition key not in Position II.

Also, bulb failure warning system relay is in circuit for rear (not front) marker lights, and low beam headlights. Flasher is high beams.

Give all the fuses a spin in their holders to remove oxidation. Then check lights after dark, see what's hot and what's not.
