Fuel injector seal replacement question 200 1986

Since I have some high miles on my '86 brick (302K) I figured something I can do to ensure a smoother running engine is to replace the injector seals. My Haynes shop manual says to remove the retaining bolt, lift the injector out and remove the internal seal with a pick. In looking at the picture, and looking in my engine bay, I don't see what they are showing. I see 4 items that have clip retainers and wires attached but the bolts that secure them don't look as though they'll just lift out like the picture shown. I'm pretty handy with this car over the years, but I need to know what I'm looking for.

Thanks for any home pics and or advice.
