Tom;

I would have a helper pull out the choke control a you study the resulting action at the carbs. As the cable is pulled the FI screw rides further up on the cam opening the throttles more and more (but it should NOT touch the cam and affect idle when no choke is applied), turn turn screw in ("tighten") to raise idle to a point where it doesn't bog out...but again this adjustment is based on your judgement.
