240 owner looking for 940 900

I have a 93' 240 that my daughter drives. My son needs a vehicle and I'm looking at a 95' 940. My questions are; the 940 has a slight vibration at idle, is this common for the 95' 940's? Also, what kind of price is fair for one with 106,000 miles, decent body, only slight rust at the battery location (looks to have had a battery leak), the alloy wheels have a couple dings? Thanks for any recommendations and assistance.
