Lubricating Points - Bodywork 700 1989

Hi everyone,

In the past I've been lubricating my car following the manual. (Sorry bout the size but I had trouble trying to crop the image). I've been using silicone spray and high temp grease instead of what is recommended. This time around I'm planning to follow the manual correctly. Problem is what is the "oil" the manual refers to? Is it bicycle chain oil, motor oil or some other special oil? Or it really doesn't matter?

Thanks in advance
