Which U-Joints should I replace? In what order based on long term stress and wear? 200 1987

Hello all:

I have a 1987 240 Volvo Wagon, B230F engine, Automatic Transmission, 195,00 miles.

Based on a previous posting, I now plan on replace my U-Joints in the drive shaft.

There are 3 sets of U-Joint.

Moving from the back of the car towards the front they are as follows:

1. Rear U-Joint at rear of driveshaft that connects to the rear axle/diferential.

2. U-Joint at the center support bearing.

3. U-Joint at the far front of the driveshaft, just behind the tailshaft of the transmission.

I'm thinking that not all of these need to be replace.

QUESTION? What would the order of replacement be? I'm assuming that some U-Joints get more stressed than the others and would be first candidates for replacement.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Thanks........Mr. Tool
