82 volvo-perfect for V8 conversion 200 1982

Hello. Just to let you know, this is not an advertisement (so don't go all crazy on me and tell me to put it in the classifieds), I am just asking what I should sell my car for. Please give an honest opinion. I am thinking of selling my '82 244 GL. It used to be a diesel, so it has the diesel front suspension, including the giant springs. It also has the big diesel brakes and the diesel/turbo factory hood insulation. 25 spoke volvo wheels, sunroof, blue interior in good condition, a little faded, but good. The car needs paint and a little body work. The previous owner got rear-ended and there are some dents above the rear wheelwells. It has a later automatic transmission and needs a new overdrive solenoid. the engine was replaced with a B21F and runs fine, no stalling, weird stuff, etc.. I have invested about 3000.00 in this car, but I don't have the time to fix the body. I am going to college next year. Oh, yeah, I also put 86-93 tail lights in it, did the big clock/tach conversion, and replaced most of the engine gaskets. So, what would you pay for it?

Thanks,

Joe
