Headlights stopped working, running lights/turn signals do. ?? 200

I just noticed yesterday that the headlights on my '89 244 are not working.

The running lights and the turn signals are still working normally. I did check the #2 fuse, which is supposed to be for the headlights according to the list, and it is OK. A couple of weeks ago i did remove the headlights to change out the turn signals. I am 99% sure i reassembled everything correctly. Is there some sort of pitfall i may have overlooked while putting them back on? Or a relay i should suspect.

Thanks for any help. (i am unable to accesss the search for some reason)
