Dewfpo---oil separator question S90-V90

i hope you can help me out here.i know you did this recently and i'm having trouble getting into the search section.i bought the 2 block seals today and i dont think he gave me the correct seals.the one on the side slides over the protrusion and appears to simply mash against the block(this one may be correct).the bottom one(that also goes to the block) is ribbed on the inside but has a metal sleeve on the outside.i have a spare box that i took off a 93 awhile back and it still has the bottom seal on it and looks nothing like the replacement.the old bottom seal is a rubber tube secured by 2 clamps and the new one cannot use the clamps with the metal sleeve on it.is this perhaps an updated seal.mine is leaking so it has to come off and i dont want to get into this job only to find out i have the wrong parts.
can you give me some specifics on seals.
i get my parts from a volvo only tech, but i didn't see the difference until i looked at the spare when i got home.i'm hoping this leak is migrating to the front and is causing the drip onto the oil cooler collant lines, making them swell.otherwise it's the oil pump seal.thanks dave
