Timing belt/seals replacement - difficult? 700 1991

I am planning to change the timing belt and three front seals this weekend and was wondering if this is a difficult job. I am certainly no mechanic, but have performed relatively minor work (brakes, oil change, etc.) with no problems. I have read the FAQ several times as well as the Haynes manual, the parts are on their way (tensioner included) and I will have access to the "Special Tool" to secure the crank. Should I just bite the bullet and pay someone to do this or tackle it myself? Any observations, tips/tricks, warnings will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
