Maybe Buying a new brick 200 1980

I have recently come accross an opportunity to buy a 1980 200 series volvo. Here are the specs,

Its 4 speed with overdrive
Was a diesel converted to a gas
Needs the wiring harness hooked up (but is included)
Needs the smog stuff hooked up (but is included)
Needs a fuel injector harness (is not included)

So I have a couple of questions,

How hard is it to hook up a wiring harness?
How hard is it to hook up smog stuff like the oxygen sensor and stuff like that?
How hard is it to install a fuel injector harness and where can I get one?
Does doing any of the above require special tools?

The body is in excellent shape.

I consider myself a little bit knowledgable about volvo's and such, but do not know very much about the electical system, and know virtually nothing about the fuel injector system? Is this something that I could possibly reasonably do, or does it require a large amount of skill. I will have my dad working on it with me, and he used to be a mechanic for a few years.

The price for the brick is a measly $200.00, but it looks gorgious.

Worth it, or not?
