front wheels bearings are loud-which side? 200

I changed the right front bearings on my '79 244Gl... I was sure those were shot... But the problem remains... Still loud bad-bearing sound from the front...
I'm confused now, how can I tell which side is bad? I really can't locate the sound.
Could it be that I did something wrong when changing right side bearings? I mean I did tighten the nut by hand, so I doubt that they are overtightened and there's no clearance...

Any help is wellcome!
