Ignition Key Switched to Position II, before Starting, but only Oil Pressure Light On 200

Hello folks,

Got a 1981 244DL, with B21A engine. Removed Alternator, reconnected everything, but now when I switch the Ignition Key to Position II, described on Page 8 of Owner's Manual, only the Oil Pressure Light Illuminates, the Battery Light does not, though Charging checked with a Multimeter, the Parking Brake does not, though illuminates when the Parking Brake Handle is pulled, the Brake Failure Light does not illuminate, and the Bulb Failure Light does not illuminate. Any ideas why not?

I checked all fuses. I rechecked the Alternator connections. I pulled the Bulb Failure Sensor, cleaned the terminals and plugged it in, to no avail. I am out of answers.

Any help, thoughts, ideas would be appreciated.
