Got stuck in the SNOW 200 1986

I got stuck in the snow last night with my brick (why did't they make an all wheel drive modle:)). I had to do alot of spinning my tires and switching from drive to reverse more abruptly than I would had liked (I normally baby it). It drove fine today, but I want to be sure that I didn't do some internal damage to the differential or the trans. Both fluids were recently changed (I did the trans fuild flush thing myself). Is it wise to change them both again soon, or am I just being too worrysome??? BTW - the car has 52K miles on it.

THANKS!!!!!!!
