Wipers - Intermittent Setting Doesn't Work 200 1993

Hello, Wipers don't work on the 93 244 (did work until recently)on the intermittent setting. I see in the Bentley's that there's a relay somewheres above the steering leg bolster. Does anyone have a better handle on location/color, etc. Also....... I've not resoldered connections on any of the relays, as so far it's been unnecessary til probably now. Do the metal tops of relays easily pop off, and how do you determine if the relay is good/no good and can be resoldered.
Any other info would be appreciated. I'd do a search, but it's been down for a while.
