Wipers - Intermittent Setting Doesn't Work 200 1993

The relay in question is yellow,it is the same size as your fuel pump relay and it hangs down behind a metal plate on the left hand side of the drivers footwell,right up against the firewall.The relay is plastic and it comes apart real eaisy.If it is full of water,then you need to have your windshield resealed and replac the relay.
