Where to put a subwoofer! Plz help! 700 1990

Hey all!
Yeah, I haven't been around in a LONG time. I just got a new sound system for my Wagon: 6.5 in 3-way Sony XPlods for the front doors, 5.25 in Kenwoods in the back, a new Kenwood reciever, and a Clarion Subwoofer. I have the speakers in and I will put the radio in tomorrow morning. But I have no idea where to put the subwoofer. It's a 100-watt woofer, so it is by no means quiet, but it will not blow ur pants off either. It won't fit under the front seat. It's a fairly small unit, but I can't find any place for it but in the back! Can I simply just screw it into the floor panel near the back seats? Is there anything under the panel I could harm? And, would it sound good back there? BTW, if anyone is interested to know, the speakers I got sound really good even on the stock radio, which brings me to my next question: what can I do to reduce vibrations in the panels? Will Dynamat be good enough? Or is there something more I can do?

Hmmm. I think I've pestered people with enough questions by now!
