1991 240 should I buy?? 200 1991

I can buy a 1991 240 sedan with 126,000 miles on it for a asking price of $2,200
It has a small slow oil leak?(owner does not know where it is coming from)and the power antenna does not work,other than that it is in mint condition.
What is the most expensive oil seal to repair and how much to fix the antenna?
I was going to offer the seller $1,200- $1,500/ Too Much??
Should I buy this car?Should I have a experianced Volvo mechanic look at it before I make a offer.The car is in south Fla. and the owner says the A/C is Fine.
