Agree, they are called "accessory bushings" and sold by FCP Groton in rubber or urethane. I just replaced the alternator bushing on my 940 with 136k... did lower idle noise a bit, but suspect biggest advantage is less wear on alternator pulley shaft/bearings/bushings.
