Need a help and advise about front suspension. 200 1987

Hello, all Volvo enthisiasts!

Today I've got into a trouble with my car. When I was approaching my home, there sounded a loud crunch from the front passenger side, and immediately after this a loud grinding noise appeared. I was able somehow to pull into our parking lot (thanks Lord, it happened half a mile from my home), and found out that the front right strut spring seat plate (other name - "Spring Retainer") literally fell apart because of age and rust, so that the spring was rubbing against the tire. Now a question... It it possible to replace this spring seat plate? The internet store at "http://www.vlvworld.com/indexframe.html?200/Section_5_9.htm" sells some
"Strut spring seat plate repair kit". Is it what I need?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Dmitriy.
