87 740 stalls making turns mostly left. this problem is driving me nuts!!!! 700

I've read the faq's and so when driving it will stall making left hand turns and is getting worse day by day. Today after limping home after going 500 ft I left the car on grabbed a heater hose and put it in the gas tank. The inter fuel pump is working and I can hear the external fuel pump. My next step is to take out the internal and see if the sock is plugged. If that is ok I will plan on changing the fuel filter. Any ideas? I have replaced both fuel pumps less than 10k ago and recently:

fuel relay
computer module(on the inside connected to the body behind the air filter)
all new lines except for the one running from the external fuel pump to the fuel pressure regulator.
fuel pressure regulator
hall sensor

Another question the only other thing that has me confused is people recommending a hall sensor in this situation?

One more thing my tach does not work so I can tell what the rpms are doing during this time. thanks in advance
