Automatic and overdrive

That regular old high gear is your overdrive. Your shifter has a large rectangular button at the top that you press when you move the shifter. It also has a small (3/8" square button mounted perpendicularly to the shift lever on the driver's side. This button engages the over drive. When you press it a few times, you should see the overdrivve indicator, an orange upward arrow, flash on and off on the instrument panel idiot light row. If the light is on, overdrive is disengaged; off, engaged.

Most of the 700s have an Aw70/71 tranny that is identical to the one in your 200, so the automatic tranny items in the 700 FAQ apply directly to your powertrain, too.

Good luck.
