93 960 sedan transmission problem 900 1993

I have a 93 960 sedan with the aw30/40 transmission that is acting strange and we can not find the problem. From a stand still, there is a shudder when you stand on the gas. I have already changed the carrier bearing and holder. Also as soon as the lock-up converter engages, the car shudders. It only does this when the lockup engages and below 2000 rpm. As soon as you get over 2000 rpm, no more problem. We have changed the throttle sensor, transmission control module and cleaned all connections for the transmission and main connection under the hood. I have heard that the lockup solenoid or pnp switch might cause this, but the rpm thing is throwing me. If anyone has seen this or might know what else to check, I'd greatly appreciate the info. Thanks!
