What is compatible with? 200

Recently, I installed a set of Volvo Points and Condenser.

Contact/Breaker Points Volvo Part Number: 1306223-7 for B17A, B19A/K, B21A, B23A

Condenser/Capacitor Volvo Part Number 1306169-2 for all of the above plus B20B and B20E/F I measured the Capacitance as .248uF (micro Farads), for new.

The points I had removed were pitted and had a small hole. I measured the Capacitance for the Condenser/Capacitor, suspecting it was the culprit and found it was .280uF

The Timing should be 10 deg BTDC, for my Australian delivered B21A 244DL.
Points should be .40mm or 62 deg Dwell. I have found that .318mm or .015in at 10 deg BTDC actually yields 62 deg Dwell.

If the Capacitor is still 100%, then what would be the cause for pitting? I am not even discussing/considering going to an electronic ignition . . . due to a different Advance Curve than the original JFU4 Bosch Distributor.

Also, Volvo charges too much money for Volvo Parts, are there any less expensive equivalents to the aforementioned Points and Condenser?
