V90 Emmisions Woes Related to OBDII and 'Not Ready' on Sensors S90-V90 1998

I am working on a 1998 V90 which sat for 9 months totally neglected and never driven. I've got it back in good health except for passing an emissions test. The test center said that most of the sensors were not ready and they didn't test the emissions. Said I needed to drive it. I've since read that there is a specific routine that the car must be driven through... or that you have to let the dealer reset the codes. I am NOT about going to the dealer. It's just no in the budget for me. Any tips on how to get around this problem would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Bill
