door side trim: Driver side rear door trim pulled loose..one clip. 200 1993

The driver side rear door trim must have sort of slid forward enough so that when the rear door was opened, it popped the first little snap lock. Now I want to make sure the remaining snap locks don't break and that the trim doesn't slide forward anymore. I'm thinking about gently pulling the trim back and gluing it down w/ some sort of 3M adhesive or something.

The last time I messed w/ the trim piece on another car, it was a pain sliding out those little snap locks. Any ideas?
