Where is the leak? 200

Bricksters-

My 1989 244 has been acquiring a bit of water on the passenger side floor as of late. It's pretty bad. I thought it was the windshield, but I just put a silicone bead around the inside of the rubber/silver trim piece a while back (hate that trim). Did see a drip line right below and to the rt. of the glovebox(on plastic trim).

I've been soaking up the excess in the carpet, but it's getting quite swampy in there. It might make for an excellent breeding ground for my sea monkeys, but not terribly great for the old brick. Any advice will be much appreciated!

Thanks in advance!!
