Assistance required with part identification 900 1993

I've resolved with the new year to start doing most of the requisite repairs on my car. In giving the engine compartment a good going-over, I noticed a lot of slop in the cables on the pulley unit to the right side of the engine. I believe that these cables are the Kickdown and Throttle cables.

I can't seem to identify the name of the 3-pulley unit that rides along a central shaft, but each of the pulleys seems to have become very loose, which appears to be the origin of all this slop in the cables. Does anyone know what this is called?
