Big Drivability Problem 200

92 240 with 148,000 miles. The car stalled at a idle and wouldn't restart. When it cooled down I got it to start. Idle is EXTREMELY rough and the exhaust is white and making a big cloud when holding the throttle about 2000 rpm. Strange burning smell coming through the exhaust, maybe coolant. When it warms up a little, it won't take any throttle, sputters and stalls. I have replaced the AMM.(thinking that was the problem when it initially stalled) Pulled the vac hose off of the fpr after running; no fuel came out. Compression test was 160 p.s.i. in all 4. One plug has a small bit of gold colored chrystalized stuff on the electrode. The other plugs looked normal. Has a code 232. O2 sensor has about 15k on it. It seems to be getting plenty of fuel. Any ideas?
