Noise from drive shaft / support bearing during hard left turn. 200 1993

There is a series of loud clunks coming from the area around the support bearing when I start into a sharp left turn from a stop(This noise is not coming from the front end). This car only has 65k and a visual inspection of the support bearing revealed nothing. Is this a nuisence problem or do I need to remove the drive shaft and bearing for a close look.

Thanks for any suggestions.
