What exhaust gaskets do you use? 200 1982

I have to replace my exhaust gaskets, they're making that awfull klackity-klackity noise. The leak is on the firewall side of number 4 (ofcourse, because #4 is the cursed cylinder), so I'll replace all of em. FCP has pictures of the ones they sell and the Elwis ones look stronger (?) than the Elring. But isn't Elring a good brand? So which brand do yall's use? Are the IPD offerings good? AND Should I go ahead and replace the down pipe O-rings or what? Never done this job before but it seems real easy and rewarding, any advice is extremely useful to me.
