How are those Fan Conversions doing out there? 200 1990

Hi everyone,
Was wondering if anyone who has done the fan conversion has had any problems? I'm still considering doing mine, just a little hesitant. I would like to incorporate some sort of warning light to let me know when the fan isn't working (stays on while fan is working or off when it isn't). Any ideas?
