What do I need to know about wiper motors? 200

I have a 1989 244 with a bad wiper motor. I know that's not a big deal but I do have a few questions.

What year models will fit my car. I kinda think anything from '82 to '93 in the 240 series but I'm just not sure. I looked for it on the net and I've found motors from $14.50 to over $200 (that's a huge price difference). I just want one that works. The magnets in the one I have have turned loose from the housing. I cleaned the inside and the back of the magnets and epoxied (sp?) them back in and they worked for a while. During a MAJOR storm this morning I heard a squeeking noise and then they stopped working (the same way they did the first time they quit).

If any of you guys have a motor on a junker I'd rather do business with someone from the board if I can. You guys have always been great to work with.

Thanks,
Tony
