INSTRUMENT CLUSTER NIGHTMARE!! NEED SOME ADVICE! 700

90 760T - Speedometer issue (after alternator belt breakage, speedo needle swung to back side of pin "stop" just before the engine died) necessitated instrument cluster removal. Not NEARLY as easy as described in FAQ although I did get it out. Can NOT figure out how to separate the bezel from the instrument cluster/printer circuit board etc.......

Have removed all the perimeter screws....does the lower section "snap" out? Can't get the bezel and cluster to separate.

Obviously don't want to break anything here......

Help!
