They are referring to the 10 amp fuse that sits ontop of the transient surge protector. It is a square metal relay that is attached to the side of the control unit. The control unit is attached to the frame work that makes up the brake pedal assembly. In other words it should be right over your left foot if you are sitting in the driver's seat.
