**Stupid Question** Where is the Fuel Pump Relay? 200 1980

I have the 1980 242 DL and I thought I should change the Fuel Pump, which was making the loud humming sound, but after I changed it it still does not start.

I checked for power and there is power to the top of the in tank assembly but no power down at the actual pump. I think the problem is back here somewhere but I was told by a "non-Volvo" mechanic to check the Fuel Pump Relay.

Any suggestions?
