What Now? Cam and Crank mis-aligned 1800

Well, I do not know anything about 1800s, but, get a wooden dowel, put it into Cylinder #1, top of Piston, rotate crankshaft, until it is at top. Rotate camshaft, until #1 cylinder's valves (both valves) are closed. Rotate intermediate shaft, for Distributor, so the center of the Rotor points to the center of #1 terminal on the Distributor Cap. That should be 0 degrees Top Dead Center.
