Idle Mixture Screw-Which Way to Enrich? 200

1981 K-Jet. Idle mixture adjustment. Which way does the screw in the air mixture unit get turned to enrich the mixture? Does enriching the mixture lower or raise the duty cycle?

Bentley says clockwise to enrichen. When I turn mine clockwise the duty cycle goes up. MVP says "With CI fuel injection, the lower the duty cycle or dwell, the richer the idle fuel mixture." On my car this would mean turning the screw counterclockwise to enrich and lower the duty cycle.

What am I missing here? There seems to be a contradiction.
