Rear Poly bushings-Which ones to press out? 200 1990

Just got a set of bushings from FCP-(2)poly rear trailing arm, (2)poly front trailing arm, (4)poly torque arm, and (2) rubber panhard bushings. The poly bushings are made by Energy Suspension. I know that the rear trailing arm bushings doesn't need to have the old bushing shells pressed out, but the rest of the bushings look like the old bushings/shells need to be pressed out. Is this right? ->I don't want to press out the old bushings and find out afterwards that I needed to keep the shells in place.
