71 manual swap? 1800 1971

Assuming the price works out, I'm looking at buying a '71 P1800. It has the Borg Warner 35 transmission. How tough/expensive would it be to swap in the 4spd OD unit? Are there any differences in the transmission tunnels and crossmembers on the manual and automatic 1800s? Truth be told, I don't mind the auto tranny, just the fact that it's a 3 speed. The car is just going to be a cruiser anyway. What about a swap to 4 spd auto?
