Low Oil Pressure 700

My oil pressure gauge has recently, and dauntingly, dropped to approx. 1.5-2 bars.

What do you suppose the culprit could be? I have a recent oil change with Mobil 5W-30 using a Fram filter... the average temp has been about between -5 and 0 the past few weeks (Minnesota). Could it be thin oil? I didn't have trouble the first 500-600 miles on the fresh oil and filter.

--Oh, what should the pressure be at??? It is higher when I first start the car, then once I reach temp. and run on the highway it is about 1.5-2 bars.
