Driver's side window switch 900

I need to replace the driver's side window switch. I read the FAQ's on how to replace them but I do not see the plastic screw that needs to be removed. It is a 1996 Volvo 960, 6 cyl.

I tried to pry on the plastic piede that holds the switches in but was afraid I would break something. How do you removed the switch? Is it held in place by a clamp on a certain side of the switch?

Thanks,
Jimmy
