93' 940GL with hestation around 55mph when release throttle 900 1993

My 93 940 194K miles went in the shop for excessively rough idle which started at about 180K and progressively got worse. I replaced the factory mounts with volvo motor mounts. THe throttle body not been thoroughly cleaned since before I purchased the car with 166K. The car is smoother and quieter on the highway and the gas mileage is much improved. Ever since this service though at around 55mph every time you release the throttle nomatter how slowly the car jerks (like it has down shifted) and when you accelerate to maintain this speed there is a hesitation. At speeds above this the when the throttle is released especially going down hill it jerks even harder. Despite adjustments to the throttle and transmission kick-down cables the problem is never totally gone but some adjustments can make it worse. Otherwise it is a great car and an incredible specimen. Please help!
