Removal of exterior door trim. 700 1989

Hi There

My wife hit a low wall coming out of a tight entrance, and some of the outer door trim has been pulled off the rear passenger door, please advise how to remove the rest of the trim from the door.Do i need a new trim or can it be pushed back. Also got a nasty gouge on front middle and rear middle of wheelarch on the rear, same side, any ideas on fixing the bodywork and matching paintwork would be great.
Ashame as the rest of the car is in good nic, no rust anywhere.

Many thanks in advance

Roly.
