ROUGH running when cold S90-V90 1998

My 1998 S90 with 95k miles runs rough when the engine is cold. It's been getting worse over the past few thousand miles. At first it was felt more than heard. Now it is a very distinct rumble. When the car warms up to normal temperature, all seems okay. But when it's cold...ewwwwww.

I changed the plugs a couple thousand ago thinking that it was the problem. No change.

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Thanks,

-Chris
