starter 200

About 30K miles ago, I had my mechanic lube the bushings in the starter to cure disengagement woes. The problem has returned, although intermittently. Will lubing the bushings again fix the problem or is in new starter time? Can the starter be easily accessed if the front of the car is on ramps? Does anyone have experience with online suppliers for starters?
1990 240, 114k miles.
Thanks in advance.
