244 dl running rough in cold weather 200 1987

Have 1987 240 Dl w/@175000mi, 2nd owner I've had this car since 1990
without any problems. Oil changed every 3000 w/volvo filters.
I just replaced plugs to rotor on ignition system but car needs to continually
be re-started in the cold(35F) Atlanta weather, won't idle until warm and
then idles roughly once warm. I've been down the Multiple parts replacement road (expensive) at local shops in atlanta and don't have a shop I really trust!
Anyone have Tips Sevo
