Fuel injection cleaners 200 1982

I was thinking about adding some fuel injection cleaner to the tank on my 83 244 turbo. I have filled the tank with premeum fuel. I need to do an oil change on this car. Should I postpone until I run a bottle of this fuel injecter cleaner, because of all of the dirt that might be released into the engene after this tank of gas. The tank is currently full, so I will have to wait until it is almost empty right? Thanks and happy bricking.
