Headgasket Replacement Part II 200

I had my Cylinder head dye tested and re-surfaced. The auto machine shop was able to look at it and tell were the leak was within about 10 seconds of seeing it. It was where I suspected in Cylinder 3 as I had an unusually clean sparkplug in #3. The head went on this morning and everything went together perfectly along with the timing belt. The engine started first time and there is no more oil in water or water in oil and the engine runs like a top.

However, I filled my radiator with water to see if I could detect any oil and after running the engine at idle it appears there is a little water in the tailpipe. This is after running the car for some time. So now I'm really concerned that I have a cracked block ? Any advice ?
