Fuel injector seal replacement question 200 1986

I ordered a complete set of new injector seals OE from Volvo for my '86 240 sedan and notice that there is 4 peices in each pack. This morning I had a reason to go to the boneyard for something else, so I pulled up the fuel rail to see how the injectors seals were attached. In each of my packs there are 3 black rubber "O" rings, a yellow nozzle tip and a round gray ring. On the injector at the boneyard, I saw where 2 of the the black rings went, one at the top of the injector near the plug connector and another down near the tip. I forgot to look down into where the injector seats. Is that where the third black ring goes? Also, where does the little gray ring go? I didn't recall seeing that on the salvaged one?

Thanks.

P.S. It was really sort of difficult to pull up the fuel rail out of their seating points.
